Morning all,

Ive had a really busy couple of weeks, been away for the last 2 long weekends (Thurs-Sun eve) and just havent maanged to stay on track, it's also meants ive missed 2 weigh ins now. I weighed myself this morning (officially weigh in Thurs am) and i think i've put on 3lbs :-(

Im just so annoyed with myself as i always seem to do this, i do well for a few weeks then go on self sabotage and stand still or put on. I just cant seem to get to that elusive 12st something :-(

I do really want this but I find weekends such a struggle, esp when we have a weekend away with friends or stay with others. I dont want to be the boring one not drinking and being 'fussy' over what i eat - and tbh i dont have the willpower when someone suggests to order takeaway at 10pm!

not sure what i want you guys to do but i needed to get it out! im so frustrated with myself that i keep going through this cycle :mad:

That was my problem this weekend when my husband came back home with the guests and a pizza, a Kobeda with Naan and some chocolate biscuits that I just couldn't resist. We also went away to Birmingham to see some other family on Sunday, but had a good SW breakfast and lunch (as I took my own), but dinner went downhill. Fortunately this doesn't happen very often, but if it did I think I would just have to try to plan ahead and order healthier options from the takeaway and try to get the support from your friends.
 
It happened to me for a whole week!! I gained 2lb. Dont beat yourself up hun. Bite the bullet, go to the next class and start again. Every weekend wont be social and if it is (apart from you being very lucky!!) just make the best choices you can. I've been in your shoes a few times and give up completely only to regret it a few weeks- and more than a few pounds after. It happens, we are only human! Big hugs and good luck xx

If you like Indian curry...you are definitely in! Plan an EE day and then have something along the lines of chicken dhansak (lentils) 6.5 syns or chicken/lamb rogan josh 6.5 syns, or a jalfrezi 8.5 syns plus plain boiled rice for free.
You dont have to go without at all!! I have a takeaway virtually every weekend and Im still managing to loose the pounds.
