Chronic dieter!!!
Hello all, i have been searching the web for a weight loss forum and found minimins! I have only just registered so don't know if i am posting on the right forum, sorry if it's not.

Basically i just found this diet on the web which claims that you can lose 1 stone in a week - unlikely but worth a try - i found it on a brides to be forum and the women on there reported losses of between 3 - 11 lbs in one week.

I really want to try it but it would be nice to have someone else to do it with for support.

I'm posting the diet below. Let me know if you are interested in doing it, i'm going to start tomorrow, well later today when i get up :p

Day 1

• fresh fruit any amount

• 2 x hard boiled eggs, salad and grapefruit

Day 2

• Grapefruit and 1 boiled egg

• Roast/Grilled chicken and tomatoes

• Grilled steak and salad

Day 3

• Grapefruit and 1 boiled egg

• 2 x boiled egg and tomatoes

Day 7

Hiya and welcome to minimins! You will find some great advice here and everyone is really nice :D

I must warn you that this is a fad diet and as such you will have to limit your calorie intake and wean yourself slowly off when you are finished & not just rush into a normal healthy diet again as you will gain some, if not all of that weight back again!

On the other hand, you could just start calorie counting from the start instead of doing the above. A lot of people report 4-5lb losses in their first weeks cutting back calories. I recommend Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com to help figure out how many calories you need etc.

However you lose your weight though, there will be plenty of help and advice on here - don't be afraid to ask! I look forward to seeing your progress :D
