Thanks, i posted in the syns section, then couldn't find my post! damn knew it was too good to be true, i was eating a whole pack (6 slices) as a snack telling myself that ham was free so that must be too! i can't get my head around some of the rules! lol
still thats only 3 syns! I had 3 mini milks earlier because i just kept wanting another one lol, but at 1.5 syns each when ive had a virtually syn free day...who cares! x
good point, i can live without chocolate and sweets, but i love my savouries.only wish pork pies, scotch eggs and pastry were free too, that would be my ideal diet! ha ha
