HELP!!!! Treats needed!

My second request for HELP!!!

I am finding slimming world ok due to being able to eat loads of potatos and pasta on green days. But I am finding breakfast hard. I used to eat porridge which would fill me up for hours and hours but equivalent in All Bran or Weetabix would be loads of Syns!! I don't have time to make eggs or stuff in mornings....so has anyone got ideas on an alternative to cereals???

Thanks

I have to be honest, I find whipping up an omlette quicker than making porridge, even in the microwave!! I just spray my little pan with frylight and heat on the hob, put 2 eggs in a mug, whisk'em up, pop them into the pan, do my omlette thing, pop a bit of S&P and a few dried mixed herbs in and it's done in 2 mins! It literally takes me 3 minutes to do!! Could you cook some low fat sausages/Quorn sausages the night before and just heat them through in the micro for a minute and have them with the eggs? I find that investing a few mins in doing a hot breakfast, especially before a shift is well worth it because not only does it fill me up but it also leaves my HEXs for later in the day!!X

I have porridge and add a handful of blueberries. Yummy!

As for the chocolate, I have the boots shapers bars but also keep dark chocolate in stock for an intense chocolate hit in less syns!

You can still have porridge. 28g of oats is a hex b. I make mine with water as I prefer cheese for my hex a and add sweetnener.
For a choccie fix you could buy some dark chocolate highlights (1.5syns for 3 tsp) and mix it into fat free greek style yoghurt (Total is nicest), or Quark which is also free. Mix it in then put it back in the fridge for an hour. Tastes just like chocolate mousse!!

Thanks!! That choc drink powder in yoghurt sounds interesting defo having ago at that!!

I think I am going to try the cooking sausages the night before, I do love my porridge but 28g is nothing I would end up using all syns just to have a decent sized bowl of it!!!

Thanks people and keep trooping on!!! xxxx

28g of oats does make a decent sized bowl of porridge. I'm quite a big eater and it's enough for me in the morning with a piece of fruit.
