no u will not ruin all your hard work i imagine u have worked really hard to get this close to goal. keep going hun u r nearly there
yes hun i think it is possiable have pizza and lose weight if u r good the rest of the week. its ok saying i will go and have pasta or something which is a good option but i think u have decided u want pizza which is ok hun have one or 2 pieces and fill up on pasta and salad don't go over board on pizza u will regert it and remember u r in training for how u r gonna eat for rest of your life which can include everything u would eat not on a diet but in moderation.
if u r missing junk food hun u need to get that out of your head cause i'm sorry hun but u can never go back to "normal" eating u need to keep this as a lifestyle for life but if u r missing it prepare your own slimming world takeaway and u will wonder why u wanted the rubbish takeaway full of grease and fat cause they taste so much better
kfc chicken,chicken & beef burgers, chips, pizza, curry, chinise, crisps, desserts and loads more u can have all these on slimming world and still look great.
plus when u eat healthy people admire you and envy you so if u go to pizza hut and have abit of pizza and stop and have salad people will admire you so much and wish they could be like u.
