New and wanting to low carb

Hi everyone, I joined today and am still finding my way around,finding it all a bit confusing. I want to low carb, so would love to meet people doing the same. I did post earlier and a lovely lady Sona replied, but i cant find the post...am a little lost on here lol. Would appreciate any replies. Thanks xx

If it's any consolation I am a newbie too. I'm also a little lost at the moment but I'm sure we will both get the hang of it.
