I'm new to the whole SW concept and to this forum (nice to meet you all!). I've tried all sorts of diets in the past, none of them seemed to work particularly well unfortunately. I'm now trying SW going it alone with SW 'cos I am far, far too shy to go to a meeting. So I wonder if you would all be able to help me get my food diary right please?
I should first point out that I'm vegetarian so I'll be following green or EE for this.
Today (green):
Breakfast - Scrambled egg with dash of skimmed milk (one squirt frylight) and 2 slices Warburton's wholemeal toast (HEB) with 1 tsp reduced fat marg (1 syn) and 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)
Lunch - Jacket Potato with cheddar cheese (56g - HEA x2?) and 1 tsp reduced fat marg (1 syn)
Dinner - Wholemeal pasta, quorn sausages, peppers (dry fried) and 2 tbsp green pesto (8 syns)
Drinks - green tea, water, orange squash and one orange berocca drink (soluble vitamin tablet)
So, how does that sound so far? What can I change? Have I got syns right (I make it 11 total)? Is HEA/HEB ok? Does the berocca drink carry a syn value?
I have planned the rest of my week's food already, would like to run that by you all too if I may please?
