C Circes Strutting her stuff 5 February 2010 #2 Sorry but I've never seen or heard of it before. I did find the nutritional info online and worked it out as 10.5 syns for a 58g serving. It's not on the HE list but you could call up SW and ask them if it meets the fibre requirements
