Syn HELP!

Hi,
I wonder if someone would help me work out some syn values?

I've been observing this site for ages (it's brilliant!) and never usually need to ask for anything myself as I usually find the answers on here, however, I have just had a pig out due to a colleague buying loads of naughty food and putting it in front of me!

It is for the M&S caramel cracklepop things...

The nutrition info is:

455 Kcal per 100g
17.9 fat per 100g

Is that enough??

Carbs; 68.2g per 100g
Protein; 4.7g per 100g

Portion size is approx 10g each.

WOW! That is so much better than I thought! I was all ready to give up after that pig out and that's really made me feel better!

AND, I might not feel guilty about having one (or two!) another time which will stop me pigging a whole handful!
