HI

I'm new too so don't have any tips i'm afraid - well done on your weight loss though thats fab!!!!

Hi Debbie, i am actually following the slimming world plan. No problems so far. Everything seems to be going well, i see my doctor this comming Thursday, so i do want to carry on taking the xenical. What about you?

it was all going well until last week when i went to ww and gained 1and half i was that mad i cudnt stay to the meeting id been to the gym and done well on my diet so you can imagine how i felt debbie x

Welcome myrtles! :)

Avoid full fat mayo is my advice ;)

welcome to the forums :)

I wouldn't think marmite would do anything.

I had some chilli on Monday, which was really oily and I wasn't "punished" till yesterday.

So it's probably something you ate yesterday. Well unless I have a sluggish digestive system and should really be eating pots of activia!

Welcome everyone....

how about marmite i had that today and cudnt get off the loo debs x

did you have butter with your marmite? or just that on toast???

oristat can any one help

hi im really having problem with the oristat ive been on them 4 weeks and lost 8lbs but now having problems going to the loo does any one no what i can take i do eat fruit and veg but that isnt working many thanks debbie x

wow your weight loss is fab ive got a lot to go , fab

did you find it easy to loose the weight .

hey i started last tuesday! having started on reductil n getting put on xenical after it got withdrawn! welcome n good luck!

re going to the loo... i had this problem a while ago... and the thing i did was eat all bran for a couple of mornings, then i try to eat it once a week... or you can get powders that you can make up to boost your fibre...

i wont lie its hard work losing weight, but if you stick to the rules and make sure you exercise, it is rewarding seeing those pounds drop!!
