little step machine. meant to be great for thighs and bum. wooo hooo. he found it in his shed and my mum already has a lateral thigh trainer so has said i can have this one.

now i swear there are weights round here somewhere. dont want to use bean tins in case i get a mad moment and scoff the contents.

How about using small water bottles? I bet you've got lots of them, lol!!! Fill with water, dry sand or wet sand depending on how heavy you want them. I REALLY must start using mt dumb bells. Good luck!xxxxx

Does between 6 and 9 hours walking up and down a train count as exercise. (Train = 10 coaches each 20m long although sometomes only 5)
