Hi all
Since I rejoined SW on the 4th Jan I have been following EE. However i have just finished my 2nd Alpen light bar and was thinking of changing my day to Green rather than syning the alpen light bars. How many Healthy extras can you have on a green day? (can't remember from last time I did it)
Heres what I have had so far
Breakfast
2 weetabix (HEB)
1/4 melon
mid morning
Alpen light bar
Lunch
Huge bowl of Home made soup
carrots, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, leeks and sweet potato.
mid afternoon
Alpen light bar (totally forgot about the weetabix I had this morning)
For tea I am planning on
Pasta with tomato sauce - tin tomatoes, onions, carrots (anything else I can get my hands on that is superfree - all blended together. I was going to serve this with some bacon/ham.
What do you guys think, all advice appreciated.
