As far as I know, skin takes a while to catch up. Exercise I think will help tone up and I have been told to buy Bio Oil (bit expensive) but it is supposed to work!! I am going to get to goal (I too am worried about the skin!) and then let it settled for 6-8 months... Then I think I will be booking in for a boob lift then after a while tummy tuck, as I had a emergency csection with my son so I have what is called an apron! (doesn't help being big though!)... Don't worry about it for now, just do the diet and get to goal - these are the things you need to do first...Hope all goes well peachy, I am 10 weeks in, and although it is difficult at first and I still have good and bad days I don't want to put this 38lbs back on... no way!!!Love

Thanks
I suppose the weight is the important thing, then I can worry about the other bits.
Will have a look out for that bio oil though.

They sell it in superdrug and boots... they are the only places I have seen it in. I bought the medium size one for £14.95, but if it works that will be great.. signed up at the gym too, going tomorrow night for toning and strengthening only!!! too poooped to do anything else...Don't worry about anything else for now, you don't know what your skin is like, it may just ping back!!!Love

I have started doing gentle toning exercises with small weights, especially the arms, my bingo wings are bigger than a blooming eagles....lol.

They sell it in the chemist I get my lipotrim from and nearly got it whilst there on sunday......will get it sometime soon though, when I have got my finances sorted out.

I am using Niva body toning cream and have now started swimming as its the easiest why to tone your body give it a few weeks after you start. I have read on another thread that you have to wait 1 year after a large weight lose to have a tummy tuck as it can take that long for your skin to catch up with your body hope that helps x

Someone mentioned to me that they sell Bio Oil really cheap in Home & Bargain if you have one of their shops local to you. I've not been in though as they told me just after I'd bought mine from boots!
