Newbie - Green plan where does flour fit in?

Hello

I am new literally today is my first day and I am just planning my food shop etc. I am really struggling to find how I count flour (if I do) on the green plan.

Any ideas would be fab?

you will have to syn it im afraid, if you have a look in your handbook it will give you the syn values

Flour is 5.5 syns per 28g on all plans.
