day 3 on ss

hi i am on day 3 of ss and dont feel 2 bad! im 5"8, age 25 and my start weight was 12st 9, i want to lose 2 stone and drop a dress size to be a size 12 which is what i was before i had my children!
i have got a friends 30th birthday coming up on 27th feb so am very motivated.
weighed myself today and lost 5lbs already!!!!!!!!!!!!!
