Trixie Firecracker
A Work In Progress
Hi all!
Sorry for not posting more often but be rest assured I have been keeping a close eye on here!
Some great losses to be had here, well done everyone!
And welcome to all the newbies, keep checking in here, it's a lifesaver!
Myself? Well I'm on week 5 - no cheats so far! Yay!
I'm confused about one thing however...
I recall reading on here somewhere (Of course I can't find that particular post again now!) after every 4 weeks of TFR you are supposed to have one week of eating low-carb meals.
Now unfortunately I never received any instructions/literature with my Exante order and there's no mention of this either on the Exante website (Is it just me or is the Exante Website a bit scant on info?)
Can anyone here confirm that you're supposed to add meals for a week after every 4 doing TFR?
It seems a bit odd to me seeing as there is no need for this on the likes of Lipotrim etc... but the cynical skeptic in me figures that this is perhaps because of the fact that Exante is not monitored by a G.P/Pharmacist/Counsellor etc.. so perhaps are covering themselves legally by recommending people eat every month in case anyone was to fall ill whilst on the programme.. hmm..
Anyways, anyone know anything more?
