I found out my first week back on plan i'd gained half a lb! Now, I DO know where this came from, I went waaay over my hex a choices and wasn't very strict with syns. However I was really enthusiastic last night, thought "right this it.." planned my meals for today, etc.
However as much as i am still doing the diet, im feeling a bit disheartened now Im really worried i get weighed again next monday and find out i've still gained or maintained :sigh:
Any tips to cheer me up/remotivate?
