BodyOptirmisers please help

Hi,
On my online version of the green plan healthy extra b's i can not find any bread and cant find any healthy extra a's at all. They seen to be plugging EE all the time and i keep getting referred back to that
I am currently updating my acrobat reader in case that is the problem
can you access yours OK??

As far as I remember, you use the HE's list from EE in addition to the green plan HE's.

hi hun the way i check my hexs when doing red or green it to go to my online diary,( which is in the "getting started- our healthy eating plan" section) and set it as for example today ur having green so set it to green and go to the healthy extras tab at the top and scroll throught the different bits to find what u need.
