EVERYONE WELCOME



So the first month is now over and we are really ready to buckle down and move onto the second month in 2010 , i think this is easier then the first month because there isnt as much temptations still laying around at home and most of xmas chocs and things should be already GONE... if not?? then chuck em away now!! hahaha..(and im not kiddding)


I think most of you guys knows how this works but heres the info incase there's new faces this month (dont worry everyone + anyone is welcome).....

YOU pick your monthly target (in pounds , stones whatever you wish to use)...and you decide your pace ,The goals are here for each of us and if we dont complete the goal by the end of the month we have a strict "dont beat your self up policy" + in TEAM MICASA SUCASA (THATS ALL oF YOU!! & ME LOL) We just pick ourselves and others around us back up and off we go to the next month....

weather you loose 1lb or 20lbs its closer to your overall weightloss goal so smile.

we all need motivation to hit our targets and this way we set our OWN personal targets and do our best.. just as simple as that..

Challenge runs from 1st February- 1st March 2010..

You've got to be in it to [STRIKE]win [/STRIKE] lose it so this month I'm hoping to lose 4Kg from my current weight of 144Kg (my doctor records my weight in Kg for some reason).

I'm gonna join in for my first full month here....and I'm gonna go for -7lbs (hope to lose more, but this would keep me on track for my longer term goals)

I think I'll go for the full stone although I'll not beat myself too much if I don't make it-it's a big ask but I don't want to set my sights too low. So 14lbs for me.

Think I was a bit overly optimistic last month so am gonna say 7 lbs this month please. That should take me to 14st 9 lbs. I hope to lose a bit more but we'll see.

ok new to this just took my first xenical today becoz i had to come off reductil just joined the forum last night.... so i hope too loose 14lbs!
 
i too get weighed in KG, so it might make it easier if i make my goal in Kg.... that way i dont have to work it all out....

im aiming for 3kg loss this month.... woop woop... hope i can do it...
(only did 2 last month gggrrrr)
but im back to it this month and going to work really hard!
 
I think i'm going to for 4lbs. I need to lose 6lbs to meet my mini target but i seem to be managing 4 per month

So that's what I'll go for. Just for the boost of meeting a target!
 
this is my first full month here so i will be joining in. Im hoping to shed 12lbs or more, i think thats realistic 3lbs a week, plus that will put me under 21st woop woop.

I'm going to aim for 10lb. Been on Alli for about 2 weeks now but haven't got scales to weigh myself (I live away from home for uni) so I'm not 100% that I'm still 12st 6 lol...will find out on satty. It'll be nice if I can at least get into the 11's this month anyway.
 
I would love to lose 7 pounds, I didn't do very well last month so am going to try really hard to do it in Feb.

im going for 8lbs, 6lbs is the 6 i couldnt shift last month and hopefully i can do an extra 2lbs makes it 8lbs, i want to loose more than that but lets go for it and see ! :)
 
im gonna aim for -9lbs this month to get me to 14 stone.
was bad in january but am adding another exercise class (thai boxing) and have leant a few lessons in january!

heres to a successful month for us all eh!! xx
 
Sorry Im late.....

I lost 2.5 at my weighin on monday and Id like to lose another 10 this month to get me into the next stone bracket, so 12.5 (OFF!!) for me PLEASE!!!!!!!

Well put me down for 12lbs this month Piink. Wanted 14lbs last month and got 13....so will try for 3lbs a week.....hopefully doable, and now a little brighter I will get the bike out of storage...watch out cycle paths
