HELP NEEDED !!!!!

i could do with some help, getting really fed up of staying the same, for the last, two weeks, after being really good too. Do you lose more weight having 15 sins?? Everyone seems to be cheating but losing at the same time too. :sigh::sigh::sigh:

Why don't you post your diary then we can have look & give some ideas on what you could change.

Are you eating your syns? do you eat your hex's.

Take a look at your SW book just to make sure you are following the plan correctly.
