Hi guys, can I just double check, 1 potato can be used as my HexB on a red day? I quite fancy some syn free chips tonight after WI!

Yes as long as you keep the skin on, had them yesterday :D

In fact have them regular now since I was told I could have them syn free.

You can have 198g of potato on a red day as long as the skins are on and also an 8oz jacket potato as long as you eat the skins.

It is something like 198g isn't it? Not sure how many potatoes that equates too!

We always make sure we are on an EE day if we are planning and having meat and potatoes or meat and rice for an evening meal - however this is usually only a Friday night (fish and SW chips) or a Sunday (roast meat and roast potatoes).

198g is 7oz...I still work in old money! Lol...It varies on the potato size as to how many that comes to, so you would be better off investing in a cheap scales Hun.

You can have 198 g of new pots with skins on or 227g baking pot with skin on.

That would make a lot of chips :D
