Red Day Yummy stuffed chicken breast

I had a lovely dinner yest...chicken breast stuffed with 3xlaughing cow and halved cherry tomatoes, wrapped in bacon. Served with roasted (frylight) butternut squash (skin on) swede courgette and carrots and hot tinned plum tomatoes.

I ate the other 2 laughing cow whilst it was cooking so I could use them as HEXB.

That sounds yummy Beth!! I'm always up for new and interesting ideas so will defo try that one!! (you did mean HEXa not b for the LC triangles didn't you!- Just checking!!)X

Oops!! Yep I did mean HexA (thanks for checking though). My HexB was scanbran at lunch time.

I'm used to green days which is why i said HexB for laughing cow (that's right isn't it?!!)

Noo, the dairy things are always HEXa and the bread/cereal etc things are always HEXb whichever plan you're on! But of course you get to have more on green and red!X

funcurls if you check your book on a green day cheese can be a hex b - sorry but you're wrong!

Oh I thought l.cow/cheese was hexA or hexB on green. Getting my book out when I get home.

Oooh whoops! Sorry guys, got that completely wrong then!! I've been following Extra Easy only so just had that in my head and just hadn't noticed that little extra on HEXb section in the green!! I'm still learning myself so didn't mean to sound flippant in my answer! It's great news for me when I choose to have green days in the future! FORGIVE ME PLEEEASE!!!X
