Adios Max - Anyone used/using them?

Fridge Dodging
Me and a fellow WW'er got some of the Adios Max tablets yesterday and started taking them. They are meant to speed up the body's metabolic rate and aid slimming. My friend Jemma came up with the conclusion that if they work and speed up our metabolism then wont we be more hungry? lol. I am no scientist so not sure how the whole chew, swallow, digest, poop thing works so I was hoping someone here would know. I have been taking them for 2 days and honestly as yet I feel no different. Anyone got any ideas on if their any good and if you can tell if their working? Any info would be helpful.

I personally think anything your can get off presecription/thats natural wont work. BUT if it did work you shouldnt feel more hungry, it just means less of what you consume would be stored as fat, it would be used as energy onstead. for e.g if u eat 2000 calories and your bodily functions require 1600 of those calories just to work and keep u alive, then the other 400 get stored as fat etc but if adios sped up your metabolic rate those extra 400 would be used as an energy source rather than being stored.

either way its a pile of pants so i wouldnt waste your money :), if you're going to buy anything, buy alli, i bought some ( i know i shouldnt have coz i dont have a bmi over 28, but i was conducting a personal experiment ... i like science) and it did double my weight loss, i just stopped because its sooooooo expensive

Do you think it might work if i double or treble the dose? I may as well take them now I have them right? I will try it and see what happens.

Gerry whats that and where can I get it?

God no!!! Dont do that, you wont be able to leave the house. Theyre meant to get rid of some of the fat in food, theres only one way to get it out your body, take more than you should and it could be very unpleasant

All information about Forever Lean and Forever Garcinia has now been removed as apparently I am in breach of Minimins rules. Please do not ever ask me about these products or any thing that I may use to help with my weight loss. Thank you!

starlight thats a very clever thought. lol. i never thought of that. Thanks.

Gerry my e-mail is in your pm box x

i heard with alli (through a friend who studies all those) if you eat over a certain amount of fat... you poop yourself like on the spot! (sounds unbelievably yuck!!) definitely not worth it i dont think! a lot of tablets like that can also mess with your metabolism causeing a problem at a later date.... believe me its not fun (have underactive thyroid and taking meds is a pain in the behind!!!) xxxxxx

the whole point of orlistat (alli), is that you HAVE to change your diet and the amount of fat you consume so you dont get the nasty side effects, and even then it blocks about a third of the fat you still consume and thus you lose weight. Having experimented myself, yes you do have nasty side effects, although you dont "poop yourself on the spot" but you do need to go more and when you would normally and your poop is also orange lol i mean tango coloured lol. Does work tho, and its a more of a delayed reaction so there arent any nastey effects that i have experienced except the ones i have stated. If you're having trouble losing weight i would seriously recommend alli, but i would only reccommend it in conjunction with your doctors orders and a diet sheet/advice given by him/her.

Yeah, they are not like alli, or xenical, stopping fat absorbing, but as you say, they are supposed to raise metabolism

And no, they don't work. But!!! Adios do stress that you need to combine with a calorie controlled diet (WW will do) and exercise...and that works brilliants whether you take adios or not

Thanks everyone. Think I am going to finish this box to kick start it then when thier gone just do WW alone. x
