1st Feb tomorrow, new start?!

the start of the month is a good place to start, i got back in to it last month 4th jan, saying that i had to get christmas and new year out of the way and put on 10lbs over that time. so the start of the year was the best time for me to start back.:fingerscrossed: fingered cross that you have a good first week back to it.
 
Heya Aimee, by your pick u look pretty youhf just like me!! i am 200lbs and my goal is also 140lbs. I have done lighterlife in sept for 6weeks and lost over a stone, i then quit as i find it very hard to stick to it, although i did manage to stick for the first 6 weeks where i lost the first amount of weight. I have tried to restart on the Cambridge (which is cheaper) in Jan but failed, i am starting again today!! why don;t u start on Cambridge as it gives you a real noticeable change, you see results quickly and there are lots of different plans where you can incorporate food with the shakes soups and bars. If your fussy like me u'll just live on chocolate shakes which can be hard, but if your not then there's lots of choice. Maybe we should follow each other nayway evev if u do decide to stick to WW.
