Official Restart !!! Give It All I Got

Ok, so i did re start on the 18th on January but after doing a week my head was not in the right place to continue with it, so my CDC put me up a few steps to stop me from going off track completely and it has gone fine, but tomorrow im gonna officially re-start and give it all i got, its now or never, im gonna make 2010 my 'skinny' year (hopefully)

so im gonna be on here quite a lot in the next week trying to keep motivated and my head in the right place,

and obviously get loads of lovely support off you great people

Good luck tomorrow hun. I'm offically restarting tomorrow too. I'm on 810 though, but I want to be 100% diet tomorrow onwards lol.

Good luck. Its very important to have the right head space or it just wont work. I'm sure youll do great.

yeah, thats why i had to move up a few steps instead of going completely off the scales (literally) lol

i would consider it if your struggling a bit, because if the heads not there then nothing will be

Good luck. I'm starting for the 4th time in 2010 (just couldn't seem to stick to it so far) but have a feeling this is the one, totally motivated, and if your head is in the right place the comes naturally. I'm going to be on here all week trying to keep on track, I find it helps.

and deffo keep posting this week, i will be too to keep my head out of the fridge - hehe

Good Luck Anthony. There is something very inspiring when the younger minimin'ers commit to getting to goal - it means that if you do this properly you will not have the yo-yo weight on and off that I have experienced for 20 years!
I really want you to succeed and get on with the rest of your life as a slim and healthy person, all the best x

and yes im not committed and so determined,
no alcohol with mates for me, no standing on the street corners with a can of beer and a kebab Lol
