Hey everyone....

I lost nearly 3st on Lipotrim nearly 2 years ago now and it was the best thing i have ever done! I have, over the last 6 months put on over a stone due to upheaval of moving house, hubs losing his job, moving house again, dreaded Christmas over eating and feeling pretty low. I am now settled into my new house, hubs has finally got back into work and everything is looking goood! The thing is, I went to get my shakes to restart about 4 weeks ago and i got to day 4 then i got a bad infection in my mouth and doc gave me antibiotics so i sensibly came off it thinking ill just restart again but i just feel like i have no willpower to do it and im just gonnna fail again. I loved this site when i was doing it originally and i have only just got internet in new house so this is my last ditch attempt to gain some willpower to do this diet again! All the success stories are so fantastic and i know how hard it is to do this diet but i also know how good it feels to be shedding those pounds!!

I really want to join in!!

Any words of wisdom to take me out of this foul mood will be much appreciated!

Thanks xxx

hey sweetie, you need to get out of that frame of mind that your going to fail again. your forgetting that the first time round you managed to get on and stay on and you lost alot of weight. this time you wont be on for as long as that. time will fly. you know it works, and you know you have to get out of your way of eating. you can do it!!....itl only be for a few weeks !!!... maybe spend a few days lowering your carbs and getting your head in the right place and then start back. look at it as a few weeks of being pampered and not thinking about food. face masks, baths, excuses for early nights to get your beauty sleep!..you know its worth the time spent! best of luck sweetie.x

Ya know - ya wont be able to stick at a TFR if your head isnt in the right space. You need to really be 'there' to be able to do it. If you arent then its a waste of your time and money tbh.

Give yourself a little while to really think and if you want the weight loss more than you want the food then get up and do it. :) You can do it youve done it before. Ok, 2nd/3rd time round is much harder but at the end of the day it comes down to what you want more ...

Good luck :)
