Pesky pescetarian from Australia!
Hi Ladies,
Well after me needing to polish my halo on Wednesday I WI this morning (I follow the plan alone) and I have STS again, for the 2nd week running
Now I am thinking there could be 2 things:
1) that I am "saving" some of my syns and using them for alcohol at the weekends, whilst trying not to exceed 105 a week, or
2) that it is * week where I usually put on 2-3lb.
I have started my week again today, I have all of my meal plans in place and am ready to start afresh, I have an afternoon/evening girlie day out next Saturday with my cousins and friends so I am going to try and use 5 syns a day and flexi syn for drinks on Sat and try and work up to 70 per week rather than 105.
I just feel so despondent when I was so good & resisted the urge to eat all the rubbish food in sight & I didn't even lose this week
