why am i so bloody hungry?

im on week 4, and im so hungry, no idea why! i havent cheated or anything... but i read that your not allowed mix a mousse and flavouring both in one day, but i have :break_diet:.. Is this why my weightlosses havent been that high? ohh im so confused.. When i did it in 2008 my weight just fell off imo :sigh:

I cant advise on that bit, but well done for loosing 26lb in 4 weeks

Unfortunately these hungry times do pop up, sometimes for the ladies it could be a pre-TOTM issue.
My slim friend announced today that she was really hungry, even though she'd had a fair bit to eat - so it would seem that everyone has these momments.
Not an answer I'm afraid, but well done on already doing so well and good luck getting to goal!
