I'm struggling with the water... yday I put a teaspoon of sugar free cordial in a pint of water.
Is that allowed?

Fraid not, but on week three you can get water flavourings from your consultant.

And no to tabasco too

*cough* Ooops. Really? I wonder where I got that from then.

ETA - Back again. It seems the LL lot are allowed to have tabasco though and that's where I must have got it from. I must admit I'd not overdone the doses but did enjoy it. Apart from that then, I stuck to SS+ and 810 exactly and my losses were fine.
