I just ordered good grain company puffed wheat (on special at Tesco for 90p) It's 100% puffed wheat nothing added. Can I use this as a HEB? Online just says puffed wheat. If not the kids will eat it :)

Thanks again Circes, ohhh hadn't thought of that, mind you I don't know what it will taste like it doesn't have anything added at all. I suppose I could put a banana or artificial sweetner on it that should be nice. :)

I think puffed wheat with sweetener tastes like sugar puffs, others have disagreed however, but i think they are nice and you do get loads for 28g as they are really light.

Mmmmm can't wait for the shopping now lol. 90p is pretty good might go back and amend my order for another one ;)

I love puffed wheat, I think it tastes like sugar puffs and coz you get a lot it takes ages to eat so you feel as though you've had a really big breakfast.

I've not had Sugar Puffs in years - I used to love em when I was a kid! I'm off out to buy a box right now - like the fact that you get 'more' for your syns cos I'm always starving in the morning!! xxx

I haven't had these in years and I agree you get loads for your HEX B but I remember them not filling me up for very long! Definitely have some fruit and maybe some form of protein with them - a yogurt or maybe cottage cheese & fresh fruit to stave off hunger pangs!

I bought these last week. They are like Suger Puffs and 28g is a good bowl size. I'm using milk from my HEa, sweetener and a couple of drops of vanilla essence. They're right fine!

These sound good!! Iv never tried them before-bought sugar puffs a few months ago though because got confused! Bit gutted you cant use them as HEb however as they are so light...you can have 15g for 3 sins which isnt bad and still looks like a decent sized bowl! Will make sure i go for puffed wheat next time!!
