SS and cystitis treatments

Hi, bit of a strange Q here but I am in week 3 of SS and have got a terrible attck of cystitis, is there anything I can take that doesn;t knock me out of ketosis as I notice that the over the counter sachets I got yesterday have citric acid in them so I won;t be taking them!:sigh:
Any help much appreciated

Not sure about the over the counter meds but to be honest, I don't think they work anyway When I've had cystitis I found the only thing that worked for me was antibiotics. Hope it clears soon hun.
