Exercise

I know many CDC's advice to take it easy on the exercise but I have found something which is fantastic. Power plate and Hypoxi. Power plate helps to move the muscle and strengthen them whilst Hypoxi break down the fat around the waiste, stomach, buttocks and hips. I think it's important to do toning exercises so that we are not left with excessive skin. I paid £110 for 4 months to use the PP and Hy unlimited. I need to shift 4-5 stones in 4 months so I want not only a trim body but a well toned one. Anyone in Bradford or surrounding areas should t ry the fitness first for women in the city centre. I think it's a £110 well spent. Let me know if you guys have had any personal experience with any of the two. :)

Hi Maheen,

Not sure about the Powerplate and Hypoxi (mum has a power plate I might steal if it works..lol) but I'm going to be doing some gentle swimming to loosen up my joints etc and hopegully some gentle toning exercises...I got a lot of wii fitness type games for christmas so I also want to make use of them too, only 30min/day, but looking forward to losing the weight and toning up at the same time! :)

That sounds really good and if I would have the cash I would certainly do it :) For now I am going to try to regularly step onto my wii fit board and do some EA active.

Cartwoman is the EA Active any good? I haven't taken mine out of the box yet!

Maheen, will see if mum is willing to give up her plate for a few weeks..lol:rolleyes:

I think it is really amazing :) the instruction video's are really good, shows you exactly how you should do it and I've been sweating like an otter after every session. It also continues to the next excercise-instruction, so you don't have to select a new one like on the wii fit disk.
