Vegan Cheese

I've just joined this forum, reading through the posts have helped me so much these last few days! I waas wondering if anyone knows the syn value of vegan parmesan cheese?

Are you a fellow vegan?
The Florentino Parmazano in the tubs is 22 syns per 100g...you wouldn't use that much obviously but think it is easy enough to work out from there if you weigh it...which I never do haha!

I'm actually veggie not vegan, I don't have the will power for veganism but I wish I did, I use vegan alternatives where I can but I'm not strict enough with it to call myself vegan!!! Thanks for the info that really helps! I will work it out!
And yeah, I got my vegan cheese in the "free fromn" section in Asda, or you can get in health food shops, Bean Freaks is my favourite! They have loooads of great vegan and veggie products =]
