Sorry food question again

Size 14 here i come!
I bought tuna in brine instead of spring water can i have this or not, what if i rinse it?
Also are we allowed to use a tiny bit of stock to do quorn mince in?
 
yes on the stock
not sure about the tuna, i guess its the salt in the brine thats the problem

in my book it just says stock, thou i would imagine the low salt ones are probebly best
had a look on the cd website for you but couldnt find any of the food info on there

No sorry that's why i'm asking loads of questions, i'm not being lazy honest. I don't see my start properly till mon so i am doing ss+ but using my LT shakes till i meet my CDC and get my CD products. Have to say it's going much better than i thought and i have already lost 3lb this week. I have the knorr jelly pot ones and ordinary oxo cubes, i will only use a little so hopefull it won't matter which one.

I know this is no help for you :( but for future reference and anyone else reading, the stock is from your consultant from week 3. It musn't be oxo or the like, but obviously a little different in your case since you haven't officially started.

Thanks KD i decided not to add stock after your advice. The thing i am struggling with the most is how the hell do you get 200g of quorn mince down? It's far too much for me, anyone else have the same problem? Trust me normally getting food down IS NOT a prob,lol
Guess my stomach has shrunk from 4 weeks of LT.
