Too many Mullers and Activias in one day???

Not sure what is happening to me this week but I haven't really been interested in proper meals. I have been grazing throughout the day on Free Foods.

But do you think 6 yogurts a day is a bit too much !!!! (Muller Lights and Activia Fat Free).

I feel heavier than last week and am very very curious to see what the scales say at WI tonight.

I will let you know how I get on.

I have promised myself that I will cook a dinner everyday for WI next week.

Fingers crossed :)

Yes! I'm sure that somewhere there is a guide to how many you should have maximum. If you are grazing on free food thats fine but try to get some variety if you can

Oops. I have about 3 or 4 yoghurts a day!! And about the same amount of satsumas.

God, I am addicted to Muller light yogurts. Its just sheer laziness on my part because at 10pm at night I really do not want to poach an egg.

I just add TONS of fruit to it, keep it a bit different :)

Gosh. I think I am being bad if I eat two a day lol.

Plus they are expensive lol.

Maybe you would be better to buy a tup of natural yog/fromage frais and eat from that? If you add fruit, its yum.

To be honest, I personally don't think this is a healthy way to eat, sorry. Everything in moderation and all that.......... You need to be eating from all the food groups each day, to ensure you are eating a balanced diet.

It's free food, so my theory is, as long as the "meal" has a third superfree (ie a banana) you can eat as much as you like!

Yoghurt is also really good for your digestive system. Or that's what I find.

Aye, yogs are soooo handy, and the sweetness makes them a lovely night time treat. Sometimes I throw in some SF jelly for an extra treat lol.

Its prob just me being in ww mode, at the end of the day if it works for you then why change it lol.

I agree...it's free, and as long as it doesn't affect your weight loss, and you're happy, keep with it!!

Much better 6 mullers a day than 600g chocolate!!

:)

I actually also like total 0% in savoury stuff - it's a great substitute for cottage cheese in the pasta n sauce quiche - much smoother and somehow tastes richer!!

:)

I would sicken myself if I ate so many a day. And I know it's free but bear in mind that six mullers is 600 calories a day or the equivalent of two mars bars. Even free foods, if eaten to excess, have the potential to affect your weight loss.

I don't understand. Is it not just EE where you have to have a third superfree?

I agree with you. In general I only eat or snack when I'm hungry and being hungry enough to eat mullers 6 times a day means I'm not eating enough at meal times! Although SW states that they are free foods they also say that everything should be eaten in moderation.

It is possible to eat these kinds of things to excess, same with mug shots and the like. i think these kinds of 'free foods' should be eaten with your meals, and is you're hungry between meals, eat superfree instead.

There is no way I could eat that many yogurts in one day! Like someone else has said, it would make me feel rather sick and it would be SO expensive.
But, if its working for you then go for it. If you start to sts or start putting on the odd lb I think you would have to cut back. Everything in moderation is usually the best bet :)
