So yesterday was my dad's birthday and I forgot to get him a prezzie, so I offered to take him to the pub for a meal not thinking about diet... so when I realised I went online and went to look at cals and planned ahead .
I got a sweet potato and chick pea curry, was yum! gave away my naan and only had half a popadom (there was nothing remotely near a low carb meal on the menu), was full and feeling happy then hubby ordered a pudding, so did the kids and my dad!!! I cracked and ordered a massive sticky toffee pudding with ice cream!! polished the lt off feeling guilty but drawn a line under it! back on it today but with big headache. So this morning I wanted t see the damage and ..... I'd still gone down(yes i'm naughty I weight myself everyday I m addicted)
So not feeling as guilty but Its gonna catch up with me I know it! has any of you had a slip and when did you notice it? Im still in ketotis according to my pee -so when will I come out of that? want to know when to avoid the scales
Was happy that I hit a 1 stone loss today yay! but that may change
