Mushy peas...yummy!

If you're doing EE, then mushy peas are completely free!! Yay! Luv'em!!!

There is a recipe for mushy pea curry if you look in the recipe section. Haven't tried it, but I have seen very good reviews about it.

You lot are so fast!!

I don't get it though, I thought that foods were only free on EE if they were free on both red and green?

I could really do with a set of books...

The mushy pea curry is lovely. When you're making it, it looks revolting, but tastes fab!
But be warned.....mushy peas + baked beans = lots of wind!!! haha!

No, if it's free on Red OR free on Green, then it's free on EE. You always take the lowest syn value, whether it be for Red or Green.

Yes, you need a set of books!! Go join a group, even if it is just for a week. You'll get all the books and the plan explained, for a tenner!

The nearest class to me is about a 45 minute drive, up in the north of Ireland.
I'm having a few car issues at the moment but when I'm sorted I might just head that way anyway.

Can I just run this past you...

I have had baked potato and mushy peas for lunch and I'm now going to have an apple, banana and a muller light.

For dinner I am having roast chicken with roast carrots, onions and beans.

Does this sound about right?

Thanks everyone, you're all a great help x

Yes GailyT, that sounds great and very yummy!! Don't forget your Healthy Extra a and b though, and also to throw in some syns- they're there for the eating!!!X
