DANISH PASTRY !!

just a quick questioned are danish pastry 31syns....
iv done slimming world over last few years and lost 2n half stone iv put 7 on cos iv not done it for a while so im back on it but when iv looked most of the syns are higher than they used to be i thought i didnt need to go to a club cos am normally fine an no the syns of what i eat is it more helpful to come on here than join the group again
