Bacon (fat removed)
Mushrooms

Mid-morning snack
WW yoghurt

Lunch

Jacket Potato
1 oz low fat cheddar (4 syns)
1 tbsp low cal spread (3 syns)
mushrooms

Afternoon snack

2 x weetabix (HeB)
Sweetner
(Milk from HeA)

Still hungry so Iceland Chicken in Gravy (free)

Late Afternoon

Hot chocolate (2 syns)

Got stressed and had an Iceland sausage roll at 8 syns.

Makes a total of 20 syns a day which my consultant has said is ok for someone with the amount of weight to lose as I have. Not comfortable with that but takes most of the 'guilt' away!

So, free food for rest of day!

Hmmmm, blew it with Neopolitan Ice Cream!

Bacon, totally trimmed
Eggs with teaspoon ketchup added 0.5syn
Mushrooms


Snacking on pot of pineapple, strawberry, grape, melon, apple.


42g Minstrels 10.5syns.

Lunch:
Jacket potato & spread 2.5syns

Snack 1: Boiled Eggs
Bacon - fat TOTALLY trimmed off


Snack 2:
2 Alpen Light - HeB
WW Yoghurt

Dinner:
Chicken in diet coke
Jacket pot and small amount spread 1.5syns
Carrots
Cauliflower
Broccoli

OK, may have gone OTT with the bacon so will pull back on that a bit tomorrow!
