extra easy- advice please

lost 4lb in 1st week then put 0.5 this week so hoping putting my diary on here will help - so here's todays

breakfast - banana smoothie made with milk HEXA & vanilla mullerlight

Lunch - chicken breast slices & mugshot. fresh pineapple chunks

Dinner - cottage pie made with ex lean mince, filled out with quorn, carrots & onions, tinned tomatoes, 2 oxo cubes & stock pot, topped with instant mash & full swede.

Snack - hi fi bar HEXB

Syns - 2 gravy

Hi Kelly,

Just had a quick look at your diary - if you are doing Extra Easy, you need to be eating a lot more fruit annd veg - i.e. 1/3 of your plate should be superfree.

So for example ....
Breakfast - you could have added a few more fruits (pears, nectarines, berries). Also I think, but I could be wrong, when you puree fruit i.e. your banana and change its form you might have to syn it i.e. it's no longer free food.

Lunch - you could have started with a homemade vegetable soup and also had a large salad with your chicken, in addtion to the pineapple chunks

Dinner - sounds yummy

thansk for checking - oh dear..didn't realise pureed banana had to be synned..I've had 4 of these smoothies since Friday! I don't drink milk so thought i was being good getting my HEXA in! oh well back to normal brekkies an dhopefully a weight loss this week

not a great fan of veg but have just made lunch 4 2moro..crabsticks, half a pepper & 1/3 cucumber with fat free dressing in a bid to eat more veg!
 
Yes the banana smoothie needs to be synned I'm afraid.
