Breakfast: pineapple and mango chunks a huge portion!
2 pints of water

lunch
toast (hexb) Flora (1) more mango and pineapple
2 pints of water

dinner
chicken breasts, ham, sw chips, peas sweet corn, 2 table spoons ketchup (2) 28g tesco extra light chive and onion cream cheese (2)

Pudding banana, shape fuller yog, meringue nest (2.5)

snacks coffee mate light (1.5) addvocaat (4.5) 350ml of skimmed milk (hexa) 2 apples, banana.

banana and apple.

Lunch: Mango and pinapple, shape fuller for longer, WW Chicken casserole readymeal (4) cadbury whit choc finger (1.5)

snacks: Banana, apple.

Dinner, chicken breasts, rice, Kan Pur Garden, Tikka Masala Sauce (8) syns

Pud: Fruit salad(apple banana, raspberries and froxen summer fruits)

was gunna ask how its going but can see your doing well lol....how you finding ee?

I kinda hit a brick wall over xmas lol....i gianed a little 2.5lbs and really since week before xmas week ive only lost 0.5lb lol...still i enjoyed xmas-lost my gain and now ive figured out what is holding me back im feeling more positive-and the feeling of dissapointment in myself is fading now too :)....

i never thought id ever say this...let alone mean it...im really looking forward to summer now!!

Oh and good luck with your recipie blog..might just have to send my meat-free shepherds pie recipie in - prob wont rival yours but might be uselful for someone :)

Hey blu! i love EE my OH is in london so i'm doing it all on my own this week! hence the ready meal for lunch! lol


i wouldn't worry bout the brick wall and 2.5lb is a great gain! you should be proud! i only put on 1lb one week and 1lb the next week and i'm pleased with that! i ate like a horse! you will get your SW mojo back soon enough :D


i cant wait for summer!! i desperatly wanna be a size 16 for summer!! want to buy a strappy £2 top from primark lol instead of the same top from inspire(plus size) at new look for £14 so i got my fingers crossed for that :D


Summer is a great time to lose weight i find! light meals and tasty salads for lunch! washed down with a spritzer and some fruit salad! I'm getting excited already!!

send the recipe in! i havent had much time this week! but will be putting some more recipes on soonies!!

lo..sw mojo...funny :D

my prob is too much time to over-think things and only my skinny-healthy kids/teens in house with me lol....in fact i dont know anyone in my real life who is over weight lol...and group once a week isnt enough for me..they all have other halves to support them too....

so i argue and debate etc in my head lol...and as we all know "we" are our own worse enemy/critic lol...

but ive fathomed out my prob so hopefully now i can try to slove it....summer looming is a great incentive deffo

just being able to do the walk too and from school without feeling hot n bothered and depressed will be amazing...not to mention the beach down the road...:)

Dont even get me started bout the clothes lol...tho when i do reach target il have nuthn left to fit me lol...thank god for primark lol

Anyhoo il stop waffling...better go do something other than sitting on ones bottom :D

Hi there, just reading your meal plans and you dont seem to eat many super free foods. Dont forget this when you are doing the EE plan. Also variety is the key Hun...keep things as varied as possible so that 1) you dont get bored and look for the "naughty things" and 2) your body has something to work on when you vary your food.

I want to be a size 16/14 by the summer too, makes a change from a 28/30!
 
yeah i know i'm having to eat up what i got in my fridge as OH is in london and i had a pineapple the size of a planet to try and eat before it goes off! so its a bit of an eat up week! i havent got much in for variety. need to do a big shop this weekend!
