Can anyone tell me where the food diaries are on the sw website? maybe i'm being a bit thick, but I can't find them. Can someone point me in the right direction or do I have to be a paid up member of the online club to get access?

sorry just found it on the site map thanks

Filling in my diary for this morning, I am trying to enter a tsp of brown sauce it only gives me a tbsp as an option and if I manually enter it and write 1/2 syn it comes up as free, am I doing something wrong.

Hi.

When I was on SW, you need a pass word from your SW instructor, to gain access. Unless you are just doing the on-line plan, then you'll get instant access. Call your SW instructor and ask her for it.

HP Foods HP Sauce, Brown 1 level tbsp

1 Syns on Extra Easy Original 1 Syns Green 1 Syns

I only no brown sauce as hp hths

Thanks jacqui thats the one but I dont have that much and I cant seem to enter 1 tsp without it coming up as free food

have just added the 1/2 syn option of the reduced salt one to get the syn value

Did you add it under the manual syns section??? I just tried it and its added it fine. You type in brown sauce and syn value of 0.5. Sounds like you may have added it to the free foods section manually. hth x

aha karen that worked. I did enter it under maual syns but I put 1/2 never thought to put 0.5
