Maintaing LT loss on GL
After such a depressing WI last week at only a pound down. Guess what!!! This week I have lost 5lbs / 40 sausages:D:D:D
That now takes me past the 70lb mark, 74 to be precise!! I'm now into the 15st range. Joy of joys, I can see light at the end of a long tunnel.
Take heart, any of you that have a long road to a new you as it can be done.
Onwards and downwards folks!!!

Well done Molly, 5lbs is a brilliant result, along with getting into the 15's, you must be really pleased with yourself, and you should be!

Clair x

Well done , is a great wi :)

Clair, Zebra and sheep thanks for your kind words. Slowly but surely, we all will get there in the end no matter how little or how much we have to lose.

WELL DONE:)

Matt and Scamp, thanks and well done to both of you on your losses to date too. Keep up the good work.

molly you little genius,,, we knew you could do so well this week...your an inspiration for sticking with it and losing so much keep it up nearly there...x

oh Irish so happy for you cause I remember you were so down and disappointed last week!

Have a great week!!!!!

Oh Molly, I'm so delighted for you!! I knew this week would make up for last week, it always averages itself out in the end.

Have a glass of fizzy water and pretend it's champagne to celebrate passing the big 70 AND getting into the 15s (passing a stone barrier is such a mileston it's definitely worth celebrating!), that's incredible!! You're an inspiration to us all, your determination on LT since the beginning has been unshakeable.

Fantastic Molly! 5lbs is amazing when you've been on LT as long as you have. I'm only a week behind you and would be bloody delighted with a 5lb loss in my 21st week.

Congrats. Will raise a glass of fizzy water (still only 10p for 2l at Sainsburys hooray!!!) in your honour tonight.

Jon
xx

Well done :D great job

molly,

all i can say is thank you as you are one of the many people that i've had as support through my, nearly over, journey and feel really chuffed for your brilliant loss this week!!!

you are a true inspiration not just to me but to everyone who can read!!!!

thanks a million :)

p.s. Jon i got the 10p per 2 litre water from Tesco and its the same as the more expensive stuff so thanks to you too!!!

Jay ;)

Just want to say a very big thank you to you all for your kind words. Cookeh, you are right, it does average out. We can feel disappointed with a bad week's result and then get a good one the next.
Jon, you have been a great support all along and now you are soooo close to goal. Well done you for staying the distance.
Jay, your positive attitude is just fab and inspires anyone who reads your posts.
Folks, it is important to stay focussed and positive. The getting to goal is only the beginning for us. We will then have to maintain. As Iris, Tanya etc will attest, that is one challenge in itself.
Keep up the good fight!!!!!!!

well done Molly!!. I was feeling really down today after weighin as i only lost 1 and half pounds, almost two the pharmacist said and she was looking at me as if id cheated!!. It seems like i could have lost that weight at weightwatchers and enjoyed food and i was really feeling de motivated.

Now after reading your post, Molly, ive picked myself up again. Thanks and well done!!
I have lost 16 pounds in three weeks so its not too bad at all.

Absolutely stay strong and don't waiver. I know how disappointing it is to lose only a little when you have had no food at all. All our bodies are different and react in different ways. Over the weeks the losses definitley balance out to about the stone per month.
"Nil desperandum" Don't despair, all will be well!!
