Struggling in afternoon and evenings

Any suggestions, I find that by about 3pm I start to crave rubbish types of food and then the same happens at around 7pm then goes and then happens again at around 10pm.
I have been trying to be really good but do you have any ideas for low point foods that might help me when I feel like this. It's just I am worried I might give in and eat too much of the wrong things
Thanks

walkers french fries crisps. if you buy the multipack they're only 1pt per bag as they're only 19g where as if you buy them in single packs they're 1.5pts because they're 25g

the weight watchers cake slices are lovely too and half price in morrisons atm

As i keep saying Adsa's kids angel delight or Morrisons no added sugar delight. All of it comes to 2 points when made with skimmed milk. I usually have half of it just to eat as you get alot and it makes you feel you've had something nice and like a treat but for hardly any points.

0 point soup for me tends to help curb any tempation.

Also a slice of ww toast with a low fat cheese triangle is only a point.

Also if i am really hungry and cant resist i tend to just go to bed LOL

xx

I keep tubs of 'free' soup in the freezer for emergencies lol.

I love toasting 2 slices of ww bread spreading very thinly with fat free fromage frais, topping with cherry tomatoes and grill again.
Its yummy, and you use so little of the fromage frais, I still count it as 1 point.

I agree that sugar free jelly is great.

I love a small bowl of rice krispies in the eve.

Or this week I bought strawberry and choc special K. I weigh out 20g which is a point, and nibble on it dry in the eve. Or I weight out a points worth of summer fruits from the freezer, top with half a points worth of fat free fromage frais and top with the points worth of special K. Very indulgent and filling for 2.5 points.

Sometimes I find chewing gum helps me thro, if its not really hunger but just wanting to eat.

Also look at your meals, are you making the best of the filling foods? Maybe if you had bigger meals you would be fine.

You have done well to have spotted a pattern, thats half the battle - you will be grand!!

in the evening i find wotists help with the cravings! but i dont chew them i let them melt in my mouth, lasts longer and beats the craving.
1.5pts a bag

Dizzy I love the WW cheese puffs. 1 point per bag and they have loads in. They are just like wotsits and seem to last ages. £1 for 6 bags in poundland lol. Or about £1.60 in supermarkets I think. I always have a bag of them with a ww choc cake bar (2.5 points total) or a ww lemon cake slice (2 points). Its my late night treat.

I tend to try and stick with fruit or smoothies

I have just recently bought a hand blender (only £5) and I make smoothies which are much more filling and sweet. I use

100g strawberries 0.5pt
100mls skimmed milk 0.5pts
2 tsp sweetners 0pts

always works for me :)
