I know how hard it is to try and think of ideas for dinners/lunches on the 5% rule so I thought I would share some of the meals I have. At the moment it's pretty much all store bought ready meals since we are pretty broke at the moment but once that changes I will be making more homemade things.
My hubby works for Asda so I pretty much always buy from there for the discount lol

Asda has a deal where you can buy 6 Good For You Frozen Ready Meals for £5. All within the 5% rule, here is what you can choose from:

Chicken Korma
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Madras
Chicken Peri Peri
Chicken and Peppercorn
Chicken Hot Pot
Beef Lasagne
Chili Con Carne
Fish Pie
Shepherds Pie
Tomato and Basil Chicken Pasta

They also have chilled meals on sale at the moment 3 for £4, you can choose from:

With the pasta dishes I normally have Good For You reduced Fat Garlic Slices (2 packs of 12 slices for £2
With the curry dishes I have either Weight Watchers or Good For You Naan's
Other sides are the Good For You Jacket Potatoes, Good For You Chips, Veggies

They also have in the chill section ''Good For You'' Reduced Fat 4 cheese sauce 2 for £2.50

To satisfy my sweet tooth I have the Weight Watchers desserts, jelly, Good For You Slices (Lemon or Carrot Cake)
