DOES alli have an appetite suppressant in it? just wondering cos i,m not hungry.. normally on a diet i,m starving!!! does n e one know?

Not as far as I'm aware. Although you are changing your diet too and the stuff you are eating now probably makes you feel fuller for longer.

No it doesn't. The only pill i know which does is Reductil. Which has now been banned in Europe.
