Hi

Just would like to know whether i could have a takeaway, maybe indian, something like plain curry and rice?
I dont seem to be getting many side affects atall from Alli, had one small tango incident, which was completely within my control a few days ago.
Any help would be appreciated

Oh and btw, ive lost 7lbs in my first week! wooooo

When I was having an indian I think biriyani seemed to be the least fat offensive. Something quite dry and anything with cream is a big no no. Avoid the nan bread and poppadoms too.

I'd also skip the pill. The effects last in your system for a few days anyway but I think it helps lessen the effects on the rare occassions you do break the rules (so to speak :D).

you could have some chicken tikka no massala suace tho as its bad! and have it with boiled rice or some thing! but as PK says skip the popodoms and nan cos the fat and cals in them r huuuuuge!

Asda does a selection of ''Good For You Meals'' that are within the 5% rule, you can get Chicken Korma, Chicken Madras and Chicken Tikka Masala as well as other different kinds on sale now for 6 meals for £5, and you can also get Weight Watchers Garlic and Coriander Naan's again within the 5% rule. So maybe you could pick up a few and when you have a craving for a takeaway pop one of them on and eat guilt free and tango free.

Hi
