would one of you lovely people mind having a look over my diary this week so far. its the first week i'v done extra easy after doing red and green days i feel like i'm doing ok, the last two days have been abit differant as i'm running out of things and the car has broke down and shopping not being delivered till tomorrow.

Looks fine to me! I thought the orange mullerlights were free though. Have you tried sainsbury's be good to yourself cottage cheese with pineapple, its syn-free.

Thankyou, i syned the orange segments as the were tinned in juice.

I dont go to sainsburys that often, i have tried their cottage cheese dont think its as nice as asda's, morrissons one is quite nice as well and free i think but dont get there very often either.

Tesco also do a free one which is nice. In fact, any of the low, almost fat free ones are I think x
