Vodka or dark rum

Hey everyone, hopefully I'm posting this in the right area but I was wondering if anyone knows how many syns are in a 25 ml shot of either vodka or dark rum? The book in my pack only lists 35 ml and the places I drink only serve 25 ml

ive been told as long as u have vodka with diet drinks then it is ok to drink

Diet coke and Vodka

So how many syns would it be or would it just count as a diet drink and therefore free?!

Very new the slimming world, and due to student nights out it would be super helpful to know!!

No free alcohol I'm afraid! A bit of wishful thinking there? The diet soda is free but the vodka has syns - as quoted above
