Scan Bread Recipes

Hello, My name is Darylnn and I am on Slimming World USA. I have been trying to get into Scan Bran but I just can't. Does anyone have some ideas or recipes to help me?

Not yet, I just came across this site when I was looking for Slimming World recipes when I switched my google to the UK version. However, I will do that now.

I find the scan bran christmas cake really nice, I know it's January now, but it still tastes really good especially with low fat custard!

This is the only way I can eat scan bran. The recipe is in the recipe section.

Just be aware that scan bran is now 1syn for a slice and no longer half syn as before.

I am a British girl living in Canada. I follow the diet through the bodyoptimise site, as there are no meetings available in Canada yet.

How are you finding the diet? What is the documentation like that you have been given. I have been trying to get access to it somehow, as I feel it will be more relevant to my location. I just wondered if you have been told of any branded foods in the US that are free foods?
